Agreement

By using intelligentinfraworks.digital or enrolling in an Intelligent Infra Works training program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a seat.

Services described

We provide educational training in trendline and channel analysis, including group studios, labs, clinics, and private chart reviews. Content on this site is informational. Fees listed are not an offer to contract until we confirm dates, scope, and invoice details in writing.

No investment advice

Training is educational. It is not investment, trading, or financial advice. We do not manage accounts, issue trade signals as a service, or guarantee trading outcomes. You remain solely responsible for decisions made in live markets.

Bookings and payment

Seats are reserved after written confirmation and payment instructions issued by us. This website does not process payments. Bank transfer or other methods stated on the invoice may apply. Deposits, if requested for a cohort, are described in the confirmation email.

Intellectual property

Workbooks, drill packs, recordings, slide decks, and site content belong to Intelligent Infra Works or its licensors. You may use materials for personal learning. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or present them as your own curriculum without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt forms, scrape content at abusive rates, or submit fraudulent booking requests). We may refuse service where conduct interferes with other participants or instructors.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intelligent Infra Works is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking is limited to fees you paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related training contracts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
