Drawing Less So You See More
Many chart reviews we receive start with eight trendlines, three channels, and a handful of horizontal leftovers from last month. The analyst is not careless—they are anxious about missing a touch. The cost is clarity.
A practical constraint used in Multi-Session Chart Review: keep at most two active trendlines and one channel per timeframe you trade. Archive the rest on a hidden layer. If a archived line becomes relevant again, bring it back deliberately rather than leaving everything visible “just in case.”
Fewer lines do not mean fewer ideas. They mean each remaining line carries enough weight that a pierce or reclaim actually changes your plan.
